Nokia claims to have landed the world’s first mobile phone premiere by releasing action spy thriller Mission: Impossible III on the N93. The full-length movie will be available on exclusive memory cards on the same day the film comes to DVD.

The film will be offered from 6 November as part of the Nokia N93 sales package with no additional cost to consumers.

Customers in Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Turkey and the UK could be carrying M:i:III wherever they go.

The Nokia N93 boasts a 2.4-inch QVGA colour screen and comes with a stereo headset as standard.

Users will be able to watch Ethan Hunt’s adventures at 25 frames per second, and can rewind, fast forward, stop and continue watching the movie anytime.

The Paramount Pictures film is supplied on a 512MB miniSD card.

The movie can be stored on a PC so that the memory card can be used for other material. However, Nokia says that the file cannot be played on the PC or copied to any other memory card.
